Late evening departure from Brisbane to BANGKOK, THAILAND (Meals in flight). Sydney departures will be on the 2nd of June at 4.40 pm, with no delay in Bangkok.
Morning arrival to Bangkok where we will transfer to our hotel to rest between flights. After dinner we transfer back to the airport for our flight to Tel Aviv, ISRAEL, THE HOLY LAND. (Meals in flight)

Upon arrival in Tel Aviv we will be met by Inner Faith Travel and transferred to Jerusalem for overnight. (Meals in Flight -D)

We awaken in the city of the Great King, Jerusalem, the geographic centre of the world. You can feel the atmosphere that sets Jerusalem apart from any other city in the world. We have a full day of touring Old Jerusalem, following in the footsteps of Jesus, including the MT OF OLIVES and the GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE. Entering into the OLD CITY through ST STEPHEN'S GATE we visit the POOL OF BETHESDA, where Jesus cured an invalid, and continue to the Ecce Homo convent to view the Lithostrotos and the Pavement and visit the PRAETORIUM, site of the public trial and condemnation of Jesus. We also visit the WESTERN WALL, the most sacred site for the Jewish people and ascend the TEMPLE MOUNT to the Dome of the Rock, the site where Abraham offered up Isaac. The HERODIAN TUNNEL is now open for us to explore, and a scale model of the Temple Mount during the time of Herod is the highlight of our underground visit. arriving to the Citadel of David and the UPPER ROOM where we will reflect on the events of the LAST SUPPER, believed to have taken place on this site. Begin the day at the City of David, Warren’s Shaft, Hezekiah’s Tunnel and the Pool of Siloam. Returning to the Old City we walk through the picturesque Bazaar streets passing the stations of the cross along the VIA DOLOROSA. We complete our walk at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. We travel southward through Israel to Qumran where the Dead Sea scrolls were discovered. We will visit David’s place of refuge from Saul, Ein Gedi. From there we travel to the mighty fortress of MASADA, the site of the last heroic 3-year stand of 960 Jewish defenders against the Roman Empire. From its heights (by cable car) we have tremendous views of Jordan and the Dead Sea. Afterwards we will join Geoff & Lorraine to 'float' in the medicinal waters of the Dead Sea, the lowest point in the world. We ascend the desert Mountains of Israel on our return to Jerusalem. This morning we are off to the GARDEN TOMB, where Dr Pankhurst will lead us in a Communion Service with the empty tomb in the background. The serenity of this place makes it a spiritual oasis within this bustling city. This is the ultimate place of worship in Jerusalem. Afterwards, we tour New Jerusalem and visit the MODEL CITY, site of a quarter acre replica model of Jerusalem in the time of Christ, which includes the Jewish Temple. We then visit the YAD VASHEM HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL. This memorial is built in memory of the six million Jews lost in the Holocaust. Truly a moving experience! We will visit the Shrine of the Book, which houses the Dead Sea Scrolls before continuing to BETHLEHEM to visit the Church of Nativity. En route we pass by Rachael's Tomb and the Shepherd's Fields. Time will be given in Bethlehem for some good souvenir
shopping at the Three Arches Souvenir Shop. Overnight in Jerusalem. (B-D)

Our route then takes us north, following the scenic Jordan Valley to the decapolis city of BEIT-SHEAN where King Saul's body was hung on the gates of the city. Excavations have uncovered eighteen levels of habitation in this ancient historical city. We continue our journey to Nazareth where Jesus grew to manhood visiting the Church of Annunciation which covers the boyhood home of Jesus and a visit the ancient synagogue and Nazareth Village recreating lifestyle in the time of Jesus. We pass through Cana where He performed His first recorded miracle and as we round the crest of a hill the SEA OF GALILEE unfolds in a breathtaking panoramic scene before our eyes. Today, we explore this historical area of Galilee. Remember how Jesus walked on the water? Our special traditional sailing vessel will take us across the Sea of Galilee, stopping in the middle for a time of reflection and worship. Rejoice! Jesus is alive. We disembark at Nof Ginnosar a kibbutz located on the shores of the Galilee where we will see the remains of a boat from the time of Jesus. Arriving later to CAPERNAUM, the city of Jesus, we visit the ruins of the synagogue where Jesus performed many miracles. You will see the new excavations of ST PETER'S house and visit TABGHA, where Jesus multiplied five loaves and two fishes to feed the multitudes and later ascending to the top of the MOUNT OF BEATITUDES, we will pause to read the Sermon on the Mount. We return to Tiberias to be treated to a free showing at the Galilee Experience, a MULTI MEDIA PRESENTATION with 27 projectors displaying the history of this famous region. The remainder of the afternoon is free for shopping or return to your hotel to relax. Overnight Tiberias. (B-D)

We take our picnic lunch, and depart for a tour of the Golan Heights, visiting CAESAREA PHILIPPI, where Peter confessed his faith in Jesus. Time to relax in the pleasant surrounds of Panias and enjoy lunch outdoors. Next stop is KUNEITRA which overlooks the Syrian border and a United Nations base. We end out day at the JORDAN RIVER and Yardenit Baptismal site. An area many believe to be close to where John the Baptist baptised our Lord. Dr Pankhurst, will be baptising those who wish to be baptised or rededicate their lives to Christ Jesus. Overnight Tiberias. (B-L-D)

We journey south this morning for a coastal tour of the MEDITERRANEAN SEA PORTS. En route we will visit, Haifa, MT CARMEL and Muhraqa, where Elijah called down fire from Heaven to defeat the prophets of Baal. We pass through the MEGGIDO VALLEY, the large plain where the final battle of Armageddon is prophesied to take place, visiting a chariot city of Solomon and Ahab, and later stopping for some time at CEASAREA, site of Herod's Palace, home of Cornelius and where Paul was brought to trial. After breakfast we travel to the ancient city of JOPPA, home of Simon the Tanner, to stroll through the narrow streets filled with art galleries and cafes. We end our tour in Israel's largest city, Tel Aviv where we board our flight to Rome ITALY. Upon arrival we will be met and transferred to our hotel. Overnight Rome (B-D)
We start this day with a walking guided tour of Ancient Rome (approx. 3 hrs) and see the Via dei Fori Imperiali, Forum of Trajan, Capitoline Hill, Roman Forum, the Palatine Hill, Arch of Constantine and the Colosseum followed by a visit to St. Peter’s in Chains. Regain your bus and continue to St. Paul’s outside the Wals, stop at the Ancient Appian Way and visit the Catacombs. Overnight Rome. (B-D)

We enjoy a morning tour of the beautiful Vatican City and Sistine Chapel. As we take an awesome stroll through the Vatican, we will visit St Peter’s Basilica, the Belvedere Courtyard, heart of the Vatican Museums with the Laoconte, the Hall of the Greek Cross with Tomb of St Elena, the Chandeliers Gallery, the beautiful Gallery of Tapestries, the Gallery of Geographical Maps and Rafaello's Rooms. We visit the former Papal suite where the "Stanza of Signatura", completely frescoed by the master, was Giulo II's private study, and where Rafaello painted some of the most outstanding artists of his time, Sistine Chapel with works of Boticelli, Signorelli, Perugino and above all the Genesis and Final Judgement of Michelangelo. The tour ends with a visit of the Apostolical Library. This afternoon we journey northward to Assisi, where we will overnight. (B-D).
After breakfast, we will visit the church of Santa Chiara where St Francis was born. Walk through narrow streets to Piazza del Comune with the Palazza dei Priori, the Palazzo del Popolo and the Temple of Minerva . Continue on to the Basilica of St Francis with the masterpieces of Giotto and Cimabue. After lunch, we will visit the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Overnight in Florence. (B-D)

Our walking tour around the city includes a visit to the beautiful Plazza del Duomo, the Cathederal of Santa Maria del Fiore, the baptistry of St John, the Academy of Fine Arts Gallery, housing the "David" sculpted by Michelangelo and Santa Croche Basilica. Dinner in a typical Florentine restaurant. Overnight Florence. (B-D)
After breakfast we depart for VENICE via Bologna and the agriculturally rich North Italian Plain. En route we visit the Cathedral of St Anthony at Padua and continue on via the picturesque Brenta Canal to VENICE. Afternoon free for shopping or exploring. Overnight Venice. (B-D)

Morning walking and motor launch tour of this unique city, visiting the famous Piazza and Basilica of St Mark, Doges Palace, the Bridge of Sighs and the Prisons. We will conclude our tour with a visit to a glass factory to enjoy a glass moulding exhibition. Freetime in the afternoon and dinner at a Venetian restaurant. Overnight Venice. (B-D)

Today we depart Venice our journey taking us through the foothills of the Dolomites, across the Brenner Pass and the Europa Bridge as we enter AUSTRIA. We stop at the Tyrol's capital, INNSBRUCK, to visit the Golden Roof, Basilica of Wilten and the Hofburg Palace. Take an evening stroll through the old town centre. Overnight Innsbruck. (B-D)

Today we embark on the final leg of our journey to OBERAMMERGAU, for the climax of our pilgrimage. Our orientation of this majestic region includes a visit to Neuschwanstein, mad King Ludwig's fairytale castle. Overnight Oberammergau. (B-D)

Awaken in the alpine atmosphere of Oberammergau where excitement is building as people gather from all nations for the colourful and spiritual presentation of the PASSION PLAY. The PASSION PLAY will be presented after lunch in a full afternoon and evening of theatre. This unique drama will enrich us spiritually and be a vivid reminder of our Saviours suffering, death and resurrection. Overnight nearby Oberammergau. (B-L-D)
